"I have to tell you how estatic I am over this most recent listing and sale in the Yukon area. As you know, I called you to get the pics done quickly so that I could put them on both my website and the mls as I entered the listing. I also got a virtual tour of the home, and an e-mail promoting it to send out to my friends and clients. Within one week I got a call from a potential client who had several questions about the listing. I answered her questions and mentioned that there would be an open house the following afternoon. She said that she and her fiance would visit the open house. Then she called me back with a couple more questions. This time I got smart and said that there was a virtual tour of the home on my website and gave her the web address. A few minutes later she called again, she had viewed the virtual tour and wanted to see the home immediately! She did not want to risk it being sold to someone else at the open house. Naturally, I went and showed her and her fiance the home. They made an offer, it was accepted, and I sold the listing myself. Estatic is the only word that can describe the feeling. FYI, this home had been on the market for 8 months previously with another realtor who had done pictures but no virtual tour.
